Hello and thank you for visiting our  website.  We assume you are looking at this page as you know nothing about us and want to find out what we're all about.

We are a husband and wife team, Deborah and Richard Hoggart and we created Cape Klein to share our passion of South Africa and the utterly brilliant wines we have discovered during our travels to South Africa's winelands.  So after a lot of planning, buying trips and gaining qualifications with Wine and Spirits Education Trust, we ended up here.

South Africa is the most exciting New World wine-producing country and we hope you agree.  The landscape of South Africa is changing rapidly with it's new generation of young winemakers producing exciting highly acclaimed wines which are winning international awards.

Our range includes a collection of forward thinking, family owned, environmentally aware producers at the forefront of production in their region.  Their combined awards from the most highly regarded critics are a testament to the quality of their wines.
