BLACK FORREST

Merlot & Shiraz - 2010

The wine shows lots of red fruit flavours on the nose, as well as subtle chocolate and oak flavours. The expectation on the nose is backed up on the palette, with soft luscious tannins, and delicious fruit flavours.

The range is eclectic just like the winemaker.

Currently there are several ranges, that were born from different parents, and with different goals in mind. I make the Louis range of wines, Black Forest, Collaboration together with Chefs Craig Cormack and Bertus Basson, as well as wines for private clients.
